So we decided to stay a little later into the day to finish the roof…
…and before we knew it, dark had already set upon us. So we called in the calvary, lighting up the site with truck-lights and floodlights. At time of posting, half of the roof has been finished, with plywood and tarpaper covering most of the construction site.
Anticipating rain tomorrow, we then spent the rest of the evening moving most of the construction materials indoors under a semi-finished roof. Working in the evening had a slightly enticing charm to it, as if we were little elves gallivanting on the roof of our latest creation.
